Did you know that much of the enegry given of by a traditional light bulb is in the form of heat thus making it uneffiecient. This uneffiecient light means that more fossil fuels have to be used to power the lights. So in the interim we suggest people make use of as many compact flourescent bulbs (CFL's) as they can, please do remember to recycle these lights as they contain poisonous mercury. LED technology is the lighting of the future, with its brightness doubling every 18 to 24 months through technological breakthroughs, and LED mass production plants generating scales of effieciency, this is a extremely exciting development for our planet.
